How We Handle Your Files

At KeptFormat, your privacy is our top priority. For all our file conversions and background removal tools, your files are processed entirely within your own web browser using local WebAssembly. They are never uploaded to our servers or any cloud database. We have absolutely no access to your file contents.

Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (such as which tools are used most often) to help us improve our services. We do not collect filenames, file contents, or personally identifiable information.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for essential site functionality. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies for targeted advertising.

Third-Party Integrations

This application is hosted on Netlify and may be distributed through the Wix App Market. When accessed via Wix, standard Wix authentication protocols are used, but your files still remain completely local to your device during processing.
